Abstract
After restructuring transmission pricing is vital issue. There is various transmission pricing schemes available in many literatures. In this paper a brief review of three main methodologies i.e. power flow tracing, sensitivity factors analysis, and voltage angle decomposition is presented.

Abstract
In mobile environment of wireless sensor networks (WSN), the fixed frame of MAC protocol causes performance deprivation such as packet conflict due to overloading etc. In this paper a low energy adaptive clustering mobility aware MAC protocol for WSN is proposed. This paper focuses on reducing the power consumption of wireless sensor networks. Therefore, a communication protocol named LEACH (Low-Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy) is modified. We propose a clustering routing protocol that partitions the network into clusters, the cluster contains, CH, sub-CH (the node that will become a CH of the cluster in case of CH dies), cluster nodes, thus extends network lifetime. Data transfer is based on frames and the CHs control the frames. The CH is responsible for controlling the channel access between sensor nodes within the cluster and collects data from them. The frames are handled during multiple phases using a hybrid scheme of CSMA and TDMA. Each frame is composed of two slots mini slot and a dynamic normal slot. The Normal slot is used by sensor nodes to report their data to the CH. We have conducted simulation-based evaluations to compare the performance of the proposed protocol against Low- Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy (LEACH).

Abstract
The aim of study is to gather information on extent of self medication practice of Ayurvedic medicines along with allopathic formulations in asthmatic patients. The outcome of the study will provide data regarding reasons, public awareness and safety aspects of self medication and herb-drug interaction between herbal and allopathic anti-asthmatic formulations in Jabalpur city. This was a questionnaire based survey which was conducted on male and female population of all age group in Jabalpur region. On a personal interview session questions were asked to the participants and responses were noted. Questionnaire include the variables like conditions, reason, system of medicine used, type of medicine consumed and source of information etc. Self medication with Ayurvedic anti-asthmatic drugs is practiced mostly by males (71%) favouring the age group of 40-60 years. Maximum participants (58.6%) considered that they use self medication for quick relief, 23.2% said that they have lack of time to go to doctors due to their busy schedule. Very common Ayurvedic medicine used for chronic asthma is Vasaka which is one of the key ingredient of every anti-asthmatic formulation. concomitant use of herbal and allopathic anti-asthmatics is very common among the middle aged male with high prevalence rate. Literacy and the economy are the major factors. Although general people have the knowledge, but more awareness on self medication of Ayurvedic medication is needed.

Abstract
For multimedia and medical image transmission applications the data compression is an essential technique [1]. Many data compression techniques have been proposed in the past [2] But there is a scope to further improve such proposals. This paper in that direction proposes a new technique to improve the data compression technique. We have designed a new Discrete Cosine Transform and Quantization (DCTQ) architecture for image compression, in this work Discrete Cosine Transform is a type of image transform which can be applied on images to achieve compression of image data. The quantization of the DCT data coefficients is then performed to achieve compression. This technique makes use of lesser number of multipliers. The JPEG method is used for both color and black-and-white images, but the focus of this work will be on compression of the blackand- white images. The functionality of the DCTQ is verified in MATLAB.The design is also implemented onVertex2p to verify its capability on silicon. Results shows the area saving in terms of no of gate counts with an excellent efficiency.
