Abstract
Wireless sensor network is extensively used technology now a day in real time application. It consists of a number of autonomous sensor nodes which are organized in various areas of interest to accumulate data and jointly convey that data back to a base station. But the sensor node has limited battery energy and it is also found that the WSN more vulnerable to severe kinds of security threats such as denial of service (DOS), Sybil, hello flood attack etc. In this, we proposed group communication using election algorithm to make the network most energy efficient and also make the network secure. The simulation of the proposed methodology is done between different network parameter such as PDR, end-to-end delay, throughput and energy consumption using the network simulator NS-2.34.

Abstract
This study examined the impact of sand training and springboard training on the speed of football players. Through ANCOVA and post-hoc analysis, significant differences were found between the experimental and control groups, indicating the effectiveness of the interventions. Sand training was notably superior to springboard training and the control group in reducing run speed time and improving players' speed. The post-hoc analysis revealed that specific football drill packages, with or without psych-up strategies, outperformed the benchmark group significantly. The study also compared speed gains among groups using different football drill packages. ANCOVA results showed significant differences in pre-test, post-test, and modified mean scores. Football drill packages with psych-up strategies were found to be more effective in slowing down intercollegiate football players' speed compared to packages without psych-up strategies. The study delves into the psychological aspects of motivation and anxiety among football players, employing Deci and Ryan's Self-Determination Theory (1985) as the theoretical framework. This study offers a nuanced understanding of the psychological underpinnings of football players' motivation and anxiety, contributing to the broader understanding of self-determination theory in sports. The findings provide coaches, sports psychologists, and researchers with valuable information to tailor interventions that enhance intrinsic motivation while addressing anxiety concerns. Recognizing the interplay of intrinsic and extrinsic motivational factors is crucial for creating a supportive environment that nurtures players' psychological well-being and, consequently, their on-field performance. Abstract
This study presents a comprehensive exploration of cricket psychology, analyzing mental skill ability across diverse age groups, including U-17, U-19, U-23, and seniors. Mean scores, standard deviations, standard errors, and percentages offer a detailed portrait of mental skill variations, revealing the evolving nature of mental resilience throughout a cricketer's career. The study's significance lies in informing tailored training programs, enhancing mental fortitude specific to developmental stages. As cricket increasingly becomes a mental battle, the analysis contributes to academic sports psychology and holds practical implications for player development and coaching interventions.
